Trade associations/interest groups

Many trade associations and interest groups do not have sufficient cases or finances to engage internal legal assistance. I offer a package which includes counselling about articles of association, preparation of the annual general meeting, chairing the general meeting, and further advice within the field of interest of the organisation.
